Description
The idea of wearing an amulet as a protection dates back almost 3000 years. It is one of the strongest symbolic images in the world and found in almost every religion. No matter where the story is told, the gist is the same – a malicious look is given with the intention of harm – the amulet protects against those effects.
Cloisonné is a style of enameling whereby little cells are created with wire and then filled with enamel, silver and gold fused in a kiln. You can read more about the entire process here.
